1. Production Process
With selected good quality basalt as the main raw material, rock wool is produced through a series of following procedures.As the main raw material, basalt is melted in the cupola furnace, then transformed into fiber with dia. 4-7μm by four-rotor spinning machine. After the addiction of a certain amount of binder, dust laying oil and water repellent, the rock wool fiber goes through a series of procedures including fiber collection, curing, cutting, finally made into various density products according to different purposes.
